HypeD is operated by Preconfin, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices users have when using HypeD.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use HypeD, we may collect the following information:

• Account email and authentication information.
• Profile information, such as username, display name, avatar, bio, website, and creator links.
• Uploaded videos, app or project listings, thumbnails, logos, and other media you choose to provide.
• Comments, captions, tags, demo descriptions, and messages or requests you submit.
• Hypes, votes, follows, shares, demo requests, and similar product activity.
• Reports, appeals, moderation decisions, and safety-related communications.
• App activity such as feed interactions, searches, filters, and notification activity.
• Diagnostics, crash logs, device information, and security logs if those tools are used to operate, secure, or debug the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, host and display demos, operate discovery features, process hypes and comments, provide support, investigate reports, moderate content, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Public Content

Content you choose to publish, including profile details, demo videos, captions, tags, app or project names, comments, and engagement counts, may be visible to other users or the public depending on the product surface.

Service Providers

HypeD may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, media storage, security, infrastructure, diagnostics, and app distribution. These providers process information only as needed to help us operate and protect HypeD.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide HypeD, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce policies, maintain security, and prevent abuse. In-app account deletion removes account access, the public profile, user-created listings, videos and user-namespaced uploaded media, comments, follows, Hypes, blocks, notifications, demo requests and messages, campaigns, and other user-owned application data. Older unscoped app artwork is removed from HypeD records and public app surfaces but may require administrator-verified storage cleanup. Purchase and credit records may be retained without a direct profile identifier for financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, and purchase-token integrity. Moderation and safety records may be retained without a direct reporter profile identifier where needed for abuse prevention. Backups, security logs, and legal holds may persist where genuinely necessary; no fixed period is promised where one has not been established.

Your Choices

In HypeD, open Profile, scroll to Account, and select Delete account. The Delete Account page describes this self-service flow and an additional web option. You may also contact [email protected] for privacy or support questions.

Children

HypeD is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through HypeD, contact us so we can review the issue.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as HypeD evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
