HypeD is operated by Preconfin, LLC. These Marketplace Terms apply when users create, discover, promote, discuss, or respond to Bazaar listings.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their listings and must:

Have the legal right to sell or represent every listed item, service, event, or other offering.
Provide accurate titles, descriptions, categories, prices, quantities, availability, media, fulfillment terms, and refund terms.
Keep external destinations accurate, secure, and relevant to the listing.
Comply with applicable law, these Marketplace Terms, the Seller Agreement, and all related HypeD policies.
Fulfill their commitments to buyers and address buyer questions or complaints.

Sellers are responsible for taxes attributable to their business, income, and activities except where applicable law assigns transaction-tax collection, reporting, or remittance responsibility to HypeD or Preconfin as the marketplace operator. Where required, HypeD may calculate, collect, report, withhold, or remit applicable taxes.

For HypeD-processed physical marketplace orders, the seller must ship within five business days and provide valid carrier and tracking information. Seller proceeds remain pending until applicable delivery-confirmation and protection conditions are satisfied. Refunds, disputes, payment risk, or administrative review may delay release. Transferred proceeds may be reversed or recovered following an approved refund or dispute. HypeD does not provide escrow.

Prohibited listings

Adult or sexual content; illegal, prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, infringing, or unsafe items or services; deceptive listings; and unsafe external links are forbidden. The Prohibited Items Policy provides additional detail.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers should review listing details, seller identity, price, availability, fulfillment terms, refund terms, and any external service terms before deciding to contact a seller or complete a transaction. Buyers and sellers are responsible for the information and commitments they exchange.

For a HypeD-processed marketplace order, HypeD processes payment and the seller must ship within five business days and provide valid tracking. Buyers should report lost, damaged, wrong, or materially not-as-described items through HypeD. The initial rollout supports full refunds only after review; buyer-remorse refunds are not automatic. Refunds and disputes follow HypeD marketplace policy.

HypeD may use third-party tax calculation services to calculate and collect transaction taxes. Tax shown at checkout may depend on the delivery location, product classification, applicable exemptions, and the marketplace operator's jurisdiction configuration. A displayed zero tax amount is not a statement that the transaction is exempt or that no tax obligation exists.

External transactions

Some transactions may be completed outside HypeD through a seller-provided website, store, booking service, ticketing service, contact method, or other external destination. Terms, fees, payment processing, delivery, refunds, and disputes on an external service are governed by the seller and that service.

HypeD is not automatically the seller, merchant of record, fulfillment provider, escrow provider, or guarantor for a marketplace transaction. HypeD does not guarantee delivery, authenticity, quality, legality, availability, seller performance, or refund eligibility.

Moderation and enforcement

Preconfin may review, approve, reject, hide, restore, restrict, suspend, or remove listings or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce marketplace policies, protect users, investigate reports, respond to legal requests, or maintain service integrity. Approval or moderation does not guarantee that a listing or seller is safe, lawful, authentic, or suitable for a particular buyer.

Reports

Users may report unsafe, misleading, illegal, fraudulent, counterfeit, infringing, or otherwise prohibited listings through HypeD's reporting tools or by contacting [email protected].
